Letter from Dem Senator Chris Van Hollen (MD) requesting a meeting with Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele To discuss MD father Kilmar Abrego Garcia's return "If Kilmar is not home by midweek – I plan to travel to El Salvador this week to check on his condition and discuss his release."

A eulogy for the U.S. dollar. "...they bought yachts and lobbyists while the rest of us got overdraft fees and an inspirational quote about hard work from a bumper sticker on a repossessed Honda Civic." louddonkey.substack.com/p/congratula...

This is the type of shit everyone should be screaming about.

Someone should make one of Jesus and give it to all of the same Congresspeople. Ask them to pick one to wear.

I wonder what a military parade in Washington D.C. would look like under this administration... louddonkey.substack.com/p/coming-thi...

Good morning. A reminder that historically when the US has wanted to punish other countries, it imposed sanctions on them, cutting their people off from global trade, hoping to create enough economic havoc that they rein in their leaders. Trump has imposed economic sanctions on the American people.

The economy may be going down the shitter, but at least we've got the measles going back on a North American tour. louddonkey.substack.com/p/breaking-m...

Bullying bullies works.

There's so much shit going on stuff like this just goes unnoticed. But it's incredibly chilling. The DOJ sent some weird, semi-official US Marshalls to the home of a former DOJ attorney who was set to testify before a Democratic meeting to "deliver" a warning. Total STASI behavior.

Own a lib? In this economy? Try renting one instead! Want to post a smug video of you destroying a Keurig? That’ll be $19.99/month on the LibSmash™ Premium Plan. louddonkey.substack.com/p/rent-a-lib...

Does it even matter anymore that he's never given a fuck about our military?

Trump's tariffs (or taxes) are going to severely affect gamers around the country who won't take too kindly to the severe price jumps that are coming. louddonkey.substack.com/p/tariffs-gr...

Even volcanoes can't avoid tariffs and they agree with him on global warming.

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory. Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.

I love the word groceries. I also love the word groceries when it's preceded by the word "cheaper" instead of "more expensive". Unfortunately, "cheaper" isn't going to be a thing we hear about many things after these tariffs.

I just want to wish all my followers a Happy Liberation Day as you open your wallets for glorious leader. louddonkey.substack.com/p/happy-libe...

Let's talk about "restructuring" of the judiciary with lapdog judges and the complete disregard of decisions against the government. "You don’t get a democracy where laws bend based on the leader’s mood swings; that’s a dictatorship with better branding." louddonkey.substack.com/p/justice-on...

Nothing I can write makes this funnier than it already is.

I keep going back to something I was studying years ago how Russians would exclaim how easy (and cheap!) it was to pay off U.S. politicians and lobby groups compared to others in Europe. And every time I read about the current state of affairs in the U.S. I think of how easy and cheap they are.

Voting for cash sounds like it should be illegal, but it's definitely immoral - especially when it's illegal to give people in line water in some states. louddonkey.substack.com/p/democracys...

Republicans passed and defended a law making it illegal to provide water to people waiting in line to vote.
