I've progressed with Duolingo enough to say hello, how are you to my neighbor. Today he asked me my dog's name and I didn't know the Spanish word. So I said "cafe pan?". 🤣 He said ah! Tostada. It is so hard to learn another language but the US is so harsh on people learning. Why? They're trying.
