Aug 1895 a man name Kim Wong appealed to the Supreme Court. in 1998 the Court upheld birthright citizenship in 14th Amendment. He was born here. He visited China and they wouldn't let him back in. So he took it to S. Court. I didn't learn this in school PBS News See below.

In 2002 my spouse's plant he worked in 32 yrs moved to Mexico. He was 58 Lost H. Ins & svgs. Plant makes gas meters for homes/businesses. Now it appears there will be a cost when they ship them back to us. They tore his plant down Built a new one in Mexico.
