This is Trump's envoy and personal friend, Steve Witkoff, greeting the bloodthirsty kremlin dictator - he puts his hand on his heart. Really. Witkoff told Trump to accede to russia's demand they receive territories they have attacked. I find it somehow difficult to believe this is happening.
