YES! Let’s gloat a bit…

Appallingly correct

DOGE was always an espionage operation for Musk to gain information he wasn’t entitled to have.

Billy Cotton, Brooklyn

stop writing that he’s leaving DOGE without mentioning that just a few days ago the solicitor general told the United States Supreme Court that he is not part of DOGE

You can act on false conspiracy theories about the government, and violate numerous laws, and that is fine. But if you suggest that government is not dysfunctional, you will get fired from DOGE:

The Court of International Trade panel that unanimously struck down Trump's "Liberation Day" and other IEEPA tariffs included a Reagan, Obama, and Trump appointee. Credit to all for defending the rule of law. Perhaps Congress could come out of hiding and do its part to help in this good cause?

With the tariffs decision, the immigration cases, and battles over law firms, Harvard, and arbitrary presidential power--the battle is joined between the Trump administration and the defenders of the rule of law and a free society. Judges and institutions standing up to Trump need our support. Now.

Traitorous Trump just nominated his own defense lawyer, Emil Bove, who defended him in a trial where he was convicted on 34 felonies, to a lifetime federal judgeship. He's building a legal fortress by stacking the courts with loyalists to rewrite rules and dodge accountability. He must be stopped.

It is easy to forget that when Paul Weiss and the other law firms that capitulated to Trump cut their deals they thought they would be viewed as savvy dealmakers. Now they look like craven fools and gutless cowards.

So we can again thank the federal courts for protecting our constitutional protections. Tariffs aren’t toys for a president to play with.

Hapless is one way to put it.

“Law & Order”

Good lord.

“The Court of International Trade ruled Wednesday that President Donald Trump exceeded his authority in imposing tariffs on all imported goods, calling an immediate halt to his signature trade war policy.” www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

Unbelievable

To summarize, the Secretary of State, the nation's top diplomat, has in four months gone from a China hawk who repeatedly called out human rights abuses to the impeachable chief enabler of unconstitutional, cruel, violent, and nationally self-defeating policies that harm American interests.

Gov. Hochul:

Huge.

🚨BREAKING: Trump's tariffs have been blocked by the US Court of International Trade. Stock market futures rise.

👀👀👀👀 Stock market to the moon tomorrow?

POW! right in the kisser!!

A federal trade court on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump from imposing sweeping tariffs on imports under an emergency-powers law.

MAJOR: Trump's tariff orders are "unlawful," the Court of International Trade's three-judge panel finds. "The challenged Tariff Orders will be vacated and their operation permanently enjoined." Doc storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us... Background: www.allrisenews.com/p/trump-tari...

NEWS: A federal court just invalidated Trump’s ”Liberation Day" tariffs, ruling he exceeded his authority under IEEPA. The court said Trump can’t bypass Congress to set trade policy and that these tariffs are unconstitutional and void.

Whitmer kidnap plotters were represented by counsel, given due process, and convicted by a jury unanimously beyond a reasonable doubt. A pardon would reward political violence. www.freep.com/story/news/p...

So much ugliness and hate from one person.

Trump thrives on other people being humiliated. Even his own family members. Which made watching him be humiliated live on TV with the TACO comments all that more delicious today.

As Trump's family businesses invest heavily in crypto... -He's instructing the government to ease up on regulating the industry -His SEC is dropping major lawsuits against crypto companies -His DOJ terminated a team focused on crypto crimes. See the problem?

ICE agents rounded up around 40 people today across Martha’s Vineyard—grabbing some out of their cars. The sweeps were carried out as part of a series of traffic stops with the help of FBI and DEA agents. “You should be ashamed of yourselves,” one person shouted at several agents gathered outside.

Sounds about right. This is a reminder that, yes, ICE can in fact bring people back that it has wrongfully deported. It is just choosing not to do that for Mr. Abrego Garcia, in violation of a court order. But in this case, it doesn't have the figleaf of CECOT to hide behind.

Beyond parody.
