The most incompetent president ever has total confidence in the most incompetent national security team ever.

NEW: Mike Waltz and Susie Wiles had their Venmo friends lists public until they went private shortly after we asked the White House about it this afternoon; experts say it's a counterintelligence nightmare. From @dmehro.bsky.social and me

German publication Der Spiegel is reporting passwords and private information of top U.S. security officials Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Mike Waltz have been found online. Are we great yet?

Seeing people refer to Trumpers as having "fallen into the trap" from Goldberg. And I get it. But I don't think that's at all what happened. I think they're just genuinely this incompetent.

I get what the op sec concerns are and the hypocrisy and all that, but this is obviously for me on the low end of scandal and pathetically atrocious action coming out of this horror show of an administration; it IS however a wonderfully vivid illustration about how we are ruled by the absolute…

I'm not saying anything novel here but it really is just truly despicable to watch them use THEIR OWN COLOSSAL SCREW UP to slander the reporter THEY INCLUDED ON THEIR CLASSIFIED GROUP CHAT

Note that the Chief Judge of the 11th circuit, William Pryor - good friend of Clarence Thomas - denied Mark Meadows' bid to move his Fulton County case to federal court because the executive does not have any role in the administration of elections.

Might be nice if more than a few news reporters and headline writers knew this⤵️

JUST BECAUSE THE CLOWN CAR GOES VERY FAST DOES NOT MEAN IT ISN’T FULL OF CLOWNS

I just want Americans to understand that the whole world is reading about Hegseth’s Signal chat disaster, and looking at your President’s incompetent response, and *laughing*. Everyone. Every corner of the world. The howls are ringing in the air. Your power & influence collapsed in a few emojis.

Kash Patel and Pam Bondi are going to do fuck all about this blunder. They were handpicked for their fealty to this administration and their willingness to subvert accountability. Now is the time for Congress to find its balls.

Yes, Pete Hegseth and Michael Waltz violated all sorts of national security protocols by sharing military secrets with a journalist. But at least they were White when they did this. by Charlie Kirk

Who made this? 😂🥴😂

Not quite sure which is stupider, being the Defense Secretary who carelessly gives top secret military information to a journalist--or being the President who makes sure the public knows this humiliating mishap happened and where the journalist published his account of it.

Today, thousands of openly-transgender service members will put on their uniform and do what needs to be done because they honor their oath to our country, while Pete Hegseth denigrates their service and violates his oath by brazenly sharing classified intel in text groups. Just a reminder.

Who else AGREES with Pete?! 🤚

In case you’ve forgotten how we used to treat this sort of thing… There would be bipartisan calls for investigations Impeachment would be a foregone conclusion Several people would’ve resigned or been fired by end of day Back when responsible adults were in charge, not this insane clown posse
