Ok, apparently we have an Avengers group, so now I guess we know what movies and shows we can care about.. Why did they think it was a good idea to run this franchise without the main group existing for 6 years?

Genocide is genocide. If you think asking “have we learned nothing from the holocaust?” when people rally in favor of a genocide is “downplaying the severity of the holocaust”, you didn’t learn from it at all.

Yesterday was a good day for the left. A true liberal victory would’ve been the Liberal Party winning a majority in Canada’s House of Commons and the People’s National Movement winning the Trinidad and Tobago House of Representatives.

Trinidad and Tobago also had an election yesterday. The United National Congress, a center left third way (not third position, that’s a different ideology) party who supports Social Democracy and Multiculturalism, won a majority in the House of Representatives.

I think yesterday’s election in Canada ended in the best case scenario. The Liberals won the prime minister position, but did not win a majority in the House of Commons, so in order to form a government they have to appeal to either the NDP or Bloc Québécois, or both.
