Insights from sangha: the influx of nonstop, devastating chaos is a strategy. how we resist is having compassion for ourselves first. Fight or flight is motivating but not organized, and we need clarity. We must trust in the essence love that is our true nature. Humanity will prevail through this.

Some nights my heart just feels completely suffocated with pain & grief over what I am seeing...I was NOT born to share space with evildoers. My religion is everyone eats, everyone sleeps in a warm, safe bed. We have the $ to do it but monsters who control it.
