Heard some interesting thoughts on AI at the #SAAShow today. We need a curriculum that utilises AI with primary school kids and teaches them to think about it's inherent bias AND WHY IT IS THAT WAY! rather than be scared about it. There is a lot of confusion on the topic.

In #ALevelMaths #MathsToday we used this Integral resource to introduce binomial distribution. Students enjoy the dice and then easily make the links to the distribution…and it also provides a nice hook to refer back to when we do hypothesis testing later.

17 years ago, I'd moved to NZ, been there 10 months and got to see Linkin Park live with a friend's son and his mates in Auckland. 17 years later, I'm seeing them again tonight in London with that same dude who became one of my best mates. I cannot wait for this gig.
