hey katsu-goers i'm seeing a lot of reports of people having "food poisoning" which is very likely norovirus based on the current rates! noro is incredibly contagious, is difficult to disinfect (needs bleach), and lasts up to 2 weeks on surfaces. here's some infographics from the cdc
