If supply meets demand, the value of homes plummets. Equity disappears. FF and FG are purposely avoiding this. Why? They and their base hold considerable equity. It's a manufactured crisis. Strip my equity, if it means my peers get homes. Fuck being greedy.

Following this txt from school, I immediately rang my 13yo. Parents had to collect or they had to txt the child's phone with permission to walk home.
