Friday morning skies ☁️

Is this the last safe place? Deactivated FB, never seriously had a Twitter account (possibly one for my cat many moons ago, way before Musk/X). Figured I’d stick with Insta but reading about the changes to fact checking and push of political content is worrying and making me think of canning it.

Gonna be another cold one tonight.

www.instagram.com/reel/DEdCY6X... Hahahahahahahaha. Ha.

Miffed.

Boxing Day. Pea soup.

Sleigh.

Something tells me I’ll never cut it as a bartender 🤭

Easing myself into the weekend with a bit of comedy.

A chilly but beautiful start to Thursday. It’s been a tough week, but this lifts the spirits a little.

Winter sun. Taken in one of my favourite places for weekend walks with the hounds. They actually filmed for an episode of Casualty here earlier in the year.

Highly unamused with storm Bert.

Oldies but goodies. Taken in Stow Hill, Newport 2019.

On a cold snowy day in Wales I’m posting a throwback to summer. These were taken at Casas Cuevas Ethnographic Museum of Artenara which is set in an old house, which was probably lived in around the pre-Hispanic period. The cave was restored in 1962 in keeping with typical traditional village style.

Today, Nov. 17, 2024, the moon is 16 days old and is in the Waning Gibbous phase of its lunar cycle. It is 95% illuminated.

The Shambles is a historic street in York, England, featuring preserved medieval buildings, some dating back as far as the 14th century. Loved the eeriness of this city. The York Ghost Merchants is a must if you’re prepared to queue.

99% twat. But I love him.

The Graffiti Tunnel, Leeke St, London. A pedestrian tunnel under Waterloo station covered in legal street art & graffiti. Vibe is good.

Brown’s Hotel, built in 1752, was the favourite watering hole of poet and writer Dylan Thomas, who famously left the bar’s phone number as his own. Dude.
