Pro tip: get you a partner that's okay with celebrating valentines and similar holidays the day or so after. All the chocolate/treats you buy them will be cheaper. You save money, they won't be mad you forgot to get them something. Win win.

New neighbor upstairs and her boyfriend just did the big nasty. I know this because at the peek of their coming together they both moaned like feral cats in heat. A truly unique experience for 9am on a cold Saturday. I can only hope the young child wasn't at home to hear/see.
