I've got sleeping issues. Tonight, i think I did the impossible: I was fully conscious during a dream. I could FEEL my REM. My body was twitching as I've seen my spouse's do in his sleep. I "dreamt" of a house I have recurring dreams of, but this time I went inside. It was as surreal as it sounds.
