Reported a fraudulent payment pending on my bank account. Fraud Dept at bank confirmed this is a known scam so appropriate action taken to protect my a/c. Then passed to Disputes Dept who say can’t do anything until payment is taken & then they’ll refund it. Does that make sense to you? No not me.

This is driving me crazy too. Not long ago 10% universal tariffs were considered the worst-case scenario, something even Trump wasn’t crazy enough to impose. Now have those PLUS 125% tariffs on China. Together, these raise raise inflation by about as much as original “Liberation Day” tariffs did!

I happen to know that some powerful media orgs were unhappy that AP filed suit; they thought the conflict with the White House would blow over on its own and that AP risked making bad law. The AP's leadership deserves a lot of credit for having proceeded as it did. apnews.com/article/trum...
