The immature bald eagle returned last night to cause chaos in the pond. Spotted the eagle sitting on one of the logs near the beaver dam. He was unbothered by me setting up for the shot but the beaver was not having it with the Eagle so close to its home and attacked just as I was focusing in.

What is common knowledge in your field, but shocks outsiders? Every image of the Milky Way galaxy, if it's face-on and shows the spiral arms, is simulated. We can't take a picture of the outside of something we're inside! Our arms aren't long enough.
