I always shock my students a bit when I tell them that quantitative data is just qualitative data that has already been interpreted numerically.

This would be a really good thing to call your congressional delegation about. The Haitians this affects are not able to vote. They have been consistently abandoned and ignored and abused by our political system. And, especially if you're in MA, they're a community that's integral to our state!
