I have a presentation today and I know my topic, I'm presenting in front of friends, yet I still need to convince my body we're not preparing for battle. Literally it's a five minute presentation. Why am I like this 😂???

OTD in 1965, Canada flew the iconic Maple Leaf for the first time. It's one of the most recognizable flags in the world & represents us wherever it goes. Whether it's outer space, in the air, on land, or at sea, our flag announces us as Canadian. I'm honoured to get to serve w this flag on my arm.
