The first thing I notice in this photo — of the Nazi raid on Institut für Sexualwissenschaft, Berlin's pioneering sex research center— is the nude photographs. Demonization of "pornography" is critical to justifying censorship. Defending it is critical to combatting the fascist project.

The thing about advance compliance that people need to learn is that whatever you do to placate these guys will never be enough. They'll keep adding new things that you must do because they now know you're a pushover, and at the end of the day, they are just bullies that get off to cruelty.

Emergency room doctors at an Ohio hospital refused to invade a drug suspect's body without consent to remove a concealed baggie, notwithstanding a warrant. The law should not be able to force medical personnel to act against their professional judgment and ethical oaths.
