#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week17 • We delivered 14,463 ready to eat meals for our units • packed 14,497 portions • logistics route was over 7,617 km. You already know about our Thursdays. So, last Thursday: 6 people, 4 dishes, 9 hours, 4,120 portions. 1/3

Our routine has been going on for almost three years now. 💪🏻

Family meal: miso soup, rice, shibazuke, eal and tuna. All that was missing is our good friends from japan who sent these treats!

#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week16 When more people are working in production, we can stick to the plan better and even manage to prepare a lot of supplies in advance. Last week we: • delivered 14,308 ready to eat meals for our units • packed 14,361 portions • logistics route was over 6,077 km. 1/2

Since 2022, we’ve been regularly receiving food parcels from Helen. Helen Garbuz is an American who has been living in Ukraine for over 20 years. Together with her husband, they bought land here and built a farm in the American style. They grow vegetables that are not so common for us. 1/3

#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week15 - we delivered 13,418 ready to eat meals for our units - packed 13,826 portions - logistics route was over 8,210 km. Nothing drastically new: Thursday is still our biggest packing day, and Wednesday is all about preparing for it. 1/5

Bread 🍞 In spring 2022, when we were still feeding defenders in Kyiv, a bakery used to bake bread for us. In May, we moved to Zaporizhzhia, and at first, we were buying bread from Metro (wholesale and retail store). 1/3

#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week14 Week 14 of 2025: - we delivered 12,945 ready to eat meals for our units - packed 13,107 portions - logistics route was over 5,668 km. Last week, the production was impressive with minimal delays. 1/4

Muffins for our units 🧁 Not 50, not 100, and not even 500. 102 kg of cream and 913 muffins in 10-11 hours by two cooks. That's our level. But we can do even more 💪🏻

On March 27th, our corporation FVSM.net expanded. Now we have a garage. Mechanics, their knowledge, and skills in machinery and engines are an important and timely addition to our logistics team. This will allow us to deliver millions of portions. @chefzhenya.bsky.social 1/2

In March, we: - delivered 55,647 ready to eat meals for our units - packed 57,866 portions - logistics route was over 34,671 km. Remember the spoiler from the report of the previous month: "Let's see what awaits us in March. Most likely, even more portions." 1/5

#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week13 You already know that the biggest packaging usually happens on Thursdays. So, on Wednesdays, we prepare for that. The better and more tasks we complete on Wednesday, the easier Thursday will be (well, yes, of course 😅). 1/4

You wouldn’t believe whom I’m cooking for at our boot camp if i told you anyway. So I won’t… ;)

Here’s why we needed 500 trays 😏 We’ve opened another dining hall for our units! 🎉 Thanks to everyone who helped with our fundraising. You’ve done something really important. And we will keep doing our part — feeding the soldiers with nutritious and delicious food.

New bootcamp kitchen operational.

#MFAkitchenlog2025 Week12 Over the past week, we: - delivered 12,744 ready to eat meals for our units - packaged 12,823 portions - logistics route was over 10,551 km. Fortunately, our dishwasher was quickly repaired, serviced, and cleaned, so now it works properly again. 1/5

Off to setup a new bootcamp kitchen in the morning. I stoped watching the news. If world governments can’t pull their weight, our army will have to suck it up and double down on defense. Civilians as well as the global community who don’t want to see ruzzian peace will have to chip in. Link in bio

Adaptation in manufacturing usually happens quite quickly and actively, in a short period of time. There's a lot of work, and all of it is important and urgent. For example, on her first full day at the manufacturing facility, the new cook was frying crepes on 3 pans, 1/2
