Facebook fights are so weird. How am I in an argument as an atheist (raised Catholic) w/ a Protestant trying to explain to them how LDS Mormons are in fact Christians & a sect of Christianity & no that they don’t believe in a “different” Jesus I don’t even agree w/ LDS & here I am defending them 🤣

My teen twins are running a 5k tomorrow and they’re Gen Z/Gen Alpha. I had 3 people workshopping for HOURS on age appropriate signs with no luck and these dorks came up with the funniest signs in less than 5 minutes. If ya know, ya know 🤣😂

The guy who Trump picked for the CDC? Dave Weldon. Weldon’s amendment which allows health care providers’ personal beliefs to determine the care provided to patients, was mentioned 8 times in Project 2025. The Weldon Amendment, protects “conscience” or “religious freedom,” of doctors to deny care.

This, probably more than anything, is why the Right and Religious have been able to produce a shared ideological narratives. Look at how many people are employed in doing nothing but think tank and policy generation. They created an alternative economy of ideas and then paid people to promote them.
