I liked cottage cheese before it was cool, but I didn’t really ever make a cottage cheese bowl like people are doing these days. But with so much bounty from the garden, I figured why not? Herby chickpeas, cucumber, tomato and a splash of vinegar. Lots of cracked pepper and more herbs. 🌱🍜🍽️

Thai Laab Neua. W/mint, scallion, shallot, cilantro and toasted rice powder. Added fresh Thai chili in addition to dried. 🌶️🌶️ Had to add a little more. 🌶️ Served w/Jasmine rice. As Will Smith might sing, "getting herby with it". 🍽️🍜🌶️🇹🇭
