Friendly Reminder, people are people and always have been. Every hateful message, every kind word, every murder, and every charity we have ever known was born in the heart of someone we share or have shared this planet with.

Friendly reminder, you can respect someone while still acknowledging their failures and shortcomings. In fact, it's healthy to do so. Pure idolizing is bad. The people you respect are people; they mess up.

Friendly Reminder, letting the fact you're an adult stop you from trying new, silly things is so incredibly boring. Me, an adult: "Oh Cool, a Classical Latin cover of Smash Mouth's All Star." Me, still an adult: "It's a bop, honestly"

Friendly reminder, it's okay to fear. Living as who we are and for what we believe in despite that fear is the goal.

What do you do to manage stress? Meditate? Oh uh cool.... I draw.... nude mouse people?

This video kicks ass: youtu.be/o2jzKo1RqWU?...

Friendly reminder, change doesn't happen in this world by itself, and the people that make change happen don't live forever. Progress is dragging a sled up a mountain where people that want to stop progress sit on the sled and people that want progress take up the reigns and start pulling.

Step 1: Have misophonia triggered by eating sounds Step 2: see a picture of someone eating Step 3: realize your own brain doesn't know how to shut it's gaht dayum mouth

Friendly reminder, there is kindness in the world. Someone baking cookies for workers stuck in the cold, two siblings comforting each other in an environment that accepts neither, and friends sharing small joys with each other. These are just some joys I've felt personally. There are many more.

Friendly Reminder, it's okay to take a day off. It's okay to rest. Let yourself. Especially when you're sick with a bug and spend a couple days living off soup and electrolyte drinks (totally not me the past couple days).

Friendly reminder, Gift giving feels good. It's nice to give a gift. It's nice to see someone happy to get a gift. It's a lovely way people can show love. Half the part of giving a gift, is receiving one. Refusing a gift is to refuse their chance to give. It's okay to be given gifts.

This mousey house-husband in training offers you a bowl of soup to keep you warm today

Friendly Reminder, it's not shameful to be having a hard time. It's not shameful to be in dire straits. It's not a sign of bad character to be poor or suffering from mental troubles. And, it's not shameful to accept charity.

Icon Vs. Artist

3rd Tarot card warm up doodle. Might come back and refine this one, but these are warm ups. And, I have commissions to work on. The deck dealt me temperance.

Friendly Reminder, we all did embarrassing things once. Think of basically anyone famous, from history or present day, and they've almost certainly had a time in their life where they wanted to crawl into a hole and hide. Embarrassed about something? We all are; don't beat yourself up.

❣️ Money is kinda tight for me rn and I can’t take on any more work, if folks are able to spare anything you can help give me some support here! Tysm ;w; ❤️ ko-fi.com/squeedge 💚 $squeedge 💙 PayPal.me/squeedge

Friendly reminder, people enjoy different things differently all the time. Someone not liking something you enjoy doesn't invalidate your joy in it. And stop making shows with the "I don't dance" episode where the fact someone doesn't like dancing is something to be fixed. >:(

Reposting this one for the hell of it. Just a reminder that sexuality is hella weird and lacking sexual attraction doesn't mean lacking sexual needs or drive.

Commission for Bushdog over on FA of their anthro nightstalker character.

2nd day of Tarot art warm ups. The deck dealt me Hierophant.

Friendly reminder, you don't have to be good at something to have fun doing it. And, the act of being bad at something doesn't mean it's a valueless activity. Trying new things, entertaining one self, and striving for improvement are always priceless activities.

I grew up in some very Christian areas and developed a demon-phobia very early on. I'm slowly chipping away at the damages of my youth, ridding myself of a lot of implicit biases. Decided to do a random tarot card doodle for a morning art practice in the spirit of that. The deck dealt me justice.
