Up to 70 terminally ill people a day die waiting for their claims to be processed, this is due to a two tier system which means only terminally ill people that die under 12 months are eligible to be fast tracked. This means anyone over could wait up to 14 weeks for their claims to be processed.

What has a terminally ill man got to do for people to support & follow him as I try to change the law for a second time, all I'm trying to do is get people who are diagnosed with a terminal illness to receive their benefits as soon as they are diagnosed. How many terminally ill people must die while waiting for the DWP to process their claims,if you have 12 months or less you are automatically fast tracked but if you live longer you could wait up to 14 weeks. Terminal means terminal So why are 300 terminally ill people dieing a day waiting
