So I'm 1lb away from being exactly 12st. I've been on and off dieting for nearly my whole adult life. For the last 3 years or so I've used smart scales to keep track of my weight. But having a quick search on facebook I've found in 2015 a post about hitting 10st 12lbs. Still a way to go then lol.
