Irregular reminder that eugenics *was* science and that the entire history of science up to the present contains instances of similar things occurring. Every scientist is still capable of doing similar things with a different subject today that will only be judged in hindsight.

Any physicists in the audience? Is there a way to predict the phonon modes (or at least density of states) for a given twisted bi-layer hexagonal lattice? I imagine the frequency range depends on the base hexagon size and the size of the combined unit cell.
