I think the thing that’s bugging me more than anything about white supremacist, nazi clowns taking over the US government is how all the “fourth estate” safeguards that we always assumed were there are just being laid quietly to the side by editors and journalists.

American media lives in this “he said/she said” space instead of actually stating facts and it’s a big part of the problem here. This headline should say “Zelenskyy Angered as Trump Presses False Narrative That Russia Never Invaded Ukraine.” Literally go check your OWN reporting about the invasion.
