Hey man, just fyi: take a block of firm tofu. Cube it and simmer it gently in well salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain it and dry it with a clean kitchen towel. Take a tablespoon or two of corn or potato starch, add a little salt, msg, black pepper, and toss the tofu with it. Bake until crispy.
