Just like this dandelion we might feel alone in our hope and we might feel that our seeds are small but they can spread far and wide, we just have to be brave and share them. Do share and joining with our #100DaysOfHope a small way to change the pattern and create a wave of hope for a dark time.

today’s #100daysofhope life chosen one of my favourite things about Cornwall. For me this land symbolises hope - it is scattered with the remains of ancient monuments, a reminder of our ancestors still surviving in the present.⬇️

The Matrons are found all over Europe from Hadrian’s Wall to Northern Italy. There is very little evidence about them scholars suggest they represent a personal connection with the land and the ancient female ancestors of the tribe. Today is the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes named for her apparitions occurring in Lourdes, France. Mary to me is the Great Cosmic Mother. This glass water bottle from Lourdes was given to me by a friend & the statue of Our Lady is a counterpart to my St Bernadette statue I received at confirmation.

Battle Fury of Cuchullin 1949 By Ithell Colquhoun. Colquhoun has depicted Cuchulain here in his famed battle frenzy, one bulging eye, his hair on end like horns. This was said to terrify all and make him unbeatable. In the end though he comes a cropper when he insults the Morrigan. Contd #witchsky
