Finally got my wildflower bed planted! Hoping to grow a whole bunch of flowers to press and use for wax seal wrapping later in the year. There are a bunch of other volunteer flowers sprouting elsewhere in my jungle of a yard as well. I love spring ☺️

Query Tip: when authors say this is the first book in a planned trilogy, what agents hear is, “I need you to sell 3 books in order to tell this story.” And sure multi book deals exist but they aren’t the rule. “Stand alone with series potential”—as long as it really is—is your better bet.

New fantasy map! This one was a commission for the fey Wilde in the client’s D&D campaign. They had the names of the courts and we went over an idea of the layout, but they told me to have fun and make up other random stuff in it, which was super fun. I loved naming all the different locations.
