Just for sh*ts and giggles I sat down and figured out how much one billion dollars is. If you spent: $27,778 a day, which is $833,333 a month, which is $10,000,000 a year… it would take 100 years to spend it all. This is why we say eat the rich.

Delaware is a very easy state to incorporate in. Thus why 80+% of companies do it. Judges there ruled against Musk’s demand for a $50 BIL bonus. Del. is for answering to SHAREHOLDERS, not CEO’s. So Musk has left for Nevada. Tech bros had a corporate haven for decades. Now they all want to flee.
