It's 1am. Time for more dangerous gender ideology. I broke my weight plateau this week. 4lbs till I can weigh in and schedule bottom surgery. I approach it with great eagerness and trepidation, as it has required opening quite the Pandora's box of dysphoria, which has been hard to ignore.
