I made some Navy Bean and Noodle soup. It has Navy beans, egg noodles, mixed veggies, onion, garlic, kale, and assorted spices in it. I like making soups in big batches, but my normal soup pot was dirty. My next largest pot could barely handle half of what I usually make. #food #photography #soup

"As long as it isn't fish soup..." I made some ham and sweet potato soup, but was distracted and put the tomatoes in with the potatoes and celery. The tomatoes stewed into nothing while they softened. It still tasted fine! The doll is Ruppia from #pennysbox. #bjd #food #photography #dollsky

I've re-done the Christmas photoshoot with Mirai since the first had focus issues! It doesn't feel nearly as "good" as the original, though. I wasn't trying to re-create identical photos, but it still felt a little like I was just copying what I had already done. #photography #smartdollmirai #bjd

I spent a few hours today re-creating the Christmas photos that had focus issues. It's such a calming part of the hobby, just posing the dolls and taking photos. However stressed I may be at the start, I always feel relaxed by the end. No photos to post right now, but I'll post some in a few days.

Work has been crazy the last few weeks, but I should finally be off call at the end of this week. I have a bunch of ideas for a doll photo shoot, but my big goal this weekend is to re-shoot the Christmas shoot I did with Mirai that was out of focus. Better late than never!

I've been a PC gamer for a long time. My last console was the PS2. Switch 1 has enough games I was interested in to pique my interest, but they were late enough to want to hold off. With Switch 2 being backwards compatible, I'll probably get it Day 1, barring any terrible news. #Nintendo #switch

I don't mention it often, but I get #dysmetropsia (aka Alice in Wonderland syndrome) when tired. It makes me feel like I'm only 2 feet tall. I haven't been sleeping well lately, so it's pretty bad right now. Getting hit with a wave of it while working at a standing desk is _really_ disorienting.
