Romania won tonight. Not only against the extremists, but it finished what it started in 1989. We elected the first independent president, that wasn’t supported by corrupt parties that had their roots in communism. We have a long way to go. 53% is not a comfortable lead. But it’s a start. 🇷🇴 🇪🇺
