I am nearly 6' & 144 lbs.Today my HCP told me TWICE I should lose weight to reduce cholesterol. I'm not sure they even read my chart before calling. What I do know? Wouldn't matter if I was 99lbs, declining estrogen cause increased cholesterol levels. Make education on women's health a priority.

A white woman recently took to TikTok in shock after being fired. She expressed surprise, believing perhaps that DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) hires were exclusively people of color. However, a lesser-known fact is that white women are the largest demographic of DEI hires in the U.S.
