When DC and Mika won the Constructors title in ‘98, and Mika the first if his two World Championships, no one - from Ron Dennis down - would gave believed a full quarter of a century would elapse until next time

Sorry to see Zandvoort go as an F1 venue. It was great to return to but it’s been evident that F1 has outgrown the facility by some margin and its arguable that Spa should cover the Benelux region. Hopefully Africa can join, though it’s crazy that France & Germany remain neglected. #F1

Not entirely convinced that Mercedes and Ferrari will have appreciated seeing their Formula 1 drivers step out of their race cars and into the back of a Rolls Royce for the trip to the podium. Rolls Royce’s contribution to Formula 1 being somewhat limited… #F1 #LasVegasGrandPrix

Superb win by George Russell from pole, unexpectedly brilliant 1-2 for him & Lewis Hamilton for Mercedes. Lewis’s drive deservedly winning Driver of the Day. Ferrari didn’t quite get the result they wanted but still only 24 pts between them & McLaren in WCC with 2 GPs to go #F1
