I’m just a regular person with a little retirement egg 401k cooking away out of sight. Lately I’ve been researching international dollar-hedged funds to play defense against my own government’s fiscal & trade policy. S&P index doesn’t feel like firm ground anymore. Physical gold funds anyone? Sigh.

For those who were bemused & puzzled about the booing of Taylor Swift: reports from those at the game were the crowd was decidedly pro Birds & they booed anything Chiefs related, including Chiefs players’ girlfriends. Attempts to read too much into it reflect more on the reporter than the subject.

Just read an interesting meta analysis that found a positive correlation betw CSAT & retention behavior: rBEHAVIOR = 0.21. That means survey-measured CSAT only explains abt 4.4% of cust. defection.
