I got a chuckle out of this yesterday in #PokemonScarlet. I was just cruising around and saw something that looked like a… uhh… Vulpix? Espeon? I couldn’t quite tell. Went closer. It was actually a Deerling right by a Trapinch. OH, but that Deerling had a PINK flower 🌸! Finally found one! 🎉✨

It was 13 years ago today that I attempted my first ever #Nuzlocke challenge. It was on HeartGold, during a car ride to St. Louis for a Pokémon tournament in November 2011. I was playing it alongside another friend in the car. Ended up getting two badges! Didn’t ever continue that one, though.

It was 18 years ago on this day, Sept. 12, 2006, that I first created the Marriland YouTube channel! It was originally just to share a video skit I recorded while a friend was staying over, “The Cup Game”. I posted a few other skits and eventually Pokémon videos later that year.
