China has spent the last 46 years planting a ring of trees around their largest desert. It will be interesting to see what changes occur in that desert. Of more importance, what alteration of surrounding environments will occur as a result of the greening of this desert.

A growing number of scientists believe we don't live in reality, but rather in a computer simulation. I am beginning to believe that this brilliant programmer has stepped out of the room and her toddler is happily tapping away at the keyboard.
