Ca, c'est exeptionnel à voir : la Lituanie la Lettonie et l'Estonie passent d'une interconnexion à la Russie vers l'Europe. Les grilles n'étant pas syncro, il faut passer par une phase ou les pays s'auto alimentent et s'alignent sur la fréquence du réseau européen pour pouvoir se connecter.
