NEW: Senior US officials are suggesting that the United States may cut all aid to Ukraine, although President Trump has not indicated any such intention. Cutting the current flow of aid to Ukraine would directly undermine President Trump’s stated goal of achieving a sustainable peace in Ukraine.

Tonight’s fascist Russian Shahed Doodlebug flying bomb attack on Kyiv and the rest of democratic Ukraine has started. Numerous attack drones approaching from the east - it looks like it will be another 100+ drone attack.

Fun to see what I write yesterday appear in a WSJ headline!

Maybe trump should restore his relationship with Zelensky

A reminder (via @kiel.institute)

The talk in Europe is “how to get a seat at the table.” Respectfully, that’s the wrong question. The right question is, “how can Europe build a new table.”

16 minutes ago President Zelensky posted on X: "Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit. Thank you @POTUS, Congress, and the American people. Ukraine needs just and lasting peace, and we are working exactly for that."

Vance actually comes off very poorly at the Oval Office presser. And Zelensky is coming off (perhaps to some shockingly) better and stronger even when facing off with Trump. This is not going according to Vance and Trump’s expectations. Calm, steady, and unwavering is how Zelensky is looking.

⚡️ Trump: “Zelenskyy is not ready for peace if the US is involved because he feels our involvement gives him a major advantage in negotiations. I do not want an advantage – I want PEACE. He showed disrespect to the US in the Oval Office.”
