Finally got some time to properly test #RELION5 complete pipeline, starting from raw frames to STA. 22 tilt-series (from EMPIAR-11830), picking done with pytom, 14600 final particles, FSC 4.1-ish on the LSU (Nyquist bin1 3.8). Ofc it's a ribosome 😅 but now I can try with smthng more chlengin #CryoET

1/3 Our template matching package has changed name to pytom-match-pick (github.com/SBC-Utrecht/...) as it started diverging from the original project! It is now also on pypi, so you can easily install it with pip (thanks to twitterless sroet!)
