"Fly Into Danger" (1972) & "4 Idle Hands" (1976) were two ATV series in the early / mid 1970s. Very unusually neither has any opening or closing music, the credits rolling to ambient airborne / workplace noises respectively. Both were produced by David Foster who may have chosen this approach.
