Revised version of the Shiko Workout you can do in Bodhi, with some camera shake. Rikishi, or Sumo Wrestlers, are known to do Shiko over 300 (!) reps per day to strengthen their legs. It's an interesting balance exercise and a fun one to do! #workout #gamedev #indiedev #godot #sumo #shiko
