My workflow as an indie hacker using AI 1. Have idea 2. Prototype idea using Cursor 3. Test working prototype 4. Never ship it 5. See step 1.

Even a senior developer can 100x dev time by harnessing AI. From idea to working prototype in 30 minutes 🔥 Using: - v0 - Cursor Agents - 15 years of dev knowledge (a lot of people forget this one)

$9 customer: What is your privacy policy. How do I know my data is stored securely. I see you are solo, what happens if you get hit by a bus? Can I get a discount, you pricing is too steep. $499 customer: No problem, payment sent.

Downloaded all my tweets so I can keep my data away from Elon. Pleased to find out I've always been hilarious.

I really like the agile manifesto. So I wrote one for Indie Hacking. Feedback welcome. matt-reid.co.uk/2025/02/07/...

The best kind of PR. Tell me I'm wrong...

No one cycles when it's cold Cycling in London is predominantly men in Lycra Cyclists don't stop at red lights Oh wait

I've written this thread up as a blog post with some more details: Why some DVLA digital services don't work at night dafyddvaughan.uk/blog/2025/wh...

Startup idea💡: Automatically updating screenshots for customer facing documentation. Ever found ancient screenshots in your company docs? Why not a tool that tracks all your customer facing screenshots including instructions on how to generate them (login, click "new" etc)

Inspirited by @simon.bennett.im , here's my Christmas dinner kanban board

Any other indie hackers selling to solopreneurs find this is a buys time of year for signups? I think people get time off and finally start the business they wanted to do.

Introvert in Germany🇩🇪 (me): buys 2 things at the bakery because unsure if the correct gender of the baked good.

Is there an equivalent of Michelin Stars for tech products? I'm not talking crowd sourced reviews like G2. Basically independent SaaS Reviews reviews.

I'd love to see an Indie Hackers Conference in 2025 I'd love to hear the journey/lessons from people like - @philippkeller.com - @dmonn.com - @matthiasneumayer.com Could be short presentations during the day and an evening get together.

I'm still blown away 🤯 by what v0 can build. I'm using it to scaffold MVP ideas. Not only does it come up with a half decent UI, it structures everything nicely in component folders. Here's a basic landing page builder built with React and Tailwind

Sometimes we forget we're deeep in a tech bubble

My podcast listening is a juxtaposition

Even giants like Stripe make mistakes in emails

Some SaaS products seem to take off instantly (looking at you AI wrappers) and others need some help. I wrote a bit about this and the redesign we're going through. Subscribe to get it hot off the press. https://open.pricewell.io/

v0 is mad. Instead of spending hours converting Figma designs to tailwind/html (or hiring someone to do it), I just fed it a screenshot and said "make this". The first version is not too far off and just leaves some tweaks to me. 10x designer

An interesting take on co-founders. I searched for a co-founder but never really found the perfect person.

This is an interesting take by Jason. Growth does matter and my efforts should be focussed 100% on kickstarting it. I see some indie devs get almost instant traction for their product and mine has been such a slow burn. https://bsky.app/profile/asmartbear.com/post/3lbhyuvc6ar2m

MRR is growing. Verrry slowly but it's growing. It could be 10 years before I can quit my day job though 😂
