The only flaw in my new laptop was the position of the function and control keys. To me, control belongs in the corner. I kept using the wrong key. I was thrilled to learn you could swap them in the BIOS!

Mother-in-law showed up randomly, which is strange. Glad she did. She was a couple steps away from being scammed hard. Classic indicators like "sent too much money" and "install this remote assistance tool so we can fix it in your online banking." She thought she was speaking with PayPal. 😩
