I largely expected the Supreme Court's ruling on meaning of "woman" under the Equality Act tbh. Puts onus on legislators to be explicit. But some unintended consequences occur to me straight away. Will cynical litigants now demand any woman taking action under the EA prove she was born a woman? 1/2
