I will admit, the opening to The Last of Us had me a little fucked up but as you go through that game the GOTY-baity cracks start showing more and more. It hit a lot harder back in the day because there weren't many Serious console games you could compare it to. TLOU2 was just exhausting.

#Expedition33 's conclusion to Act 2 is so goddamn astonishing and breathtaking in its presentation that it's outright surpassing the awe I had playing Final Fantasy XVI's Eikon boss fights, a game four maybe five times its budget. This game is unbelievable
