I had a good brainstorming with friend and finally figured out how to draw this fella. When my gf saw the new design she called it Tuktuk instead of the name Tuhkaharja(ashmane) and it is a perfect name for a tiny hamsterpugowl found and named by a little child. Not big on expressions this one.

Last but not least: Blitch. These have been enjoyable. Here hoping I get to make this comic one day (I put the "pro" in procrastination). Blitch's eye color came from my childhood pet dog Tupla, who had HUGE impact on me. Giving these eyes to Blitch was my way of keeping him with me forever.

Because R'Ha was made, might as well do Shioban (she-o-ban). Shioban is basically a hobbit: all that is needed is good food, cosy shelter and merry company. Shioban was a hard one as I am not 100% content with the design, but it will grow on me or evolve in time.

Doing some character face studies. I remember doing these for expression purposes long long LONG time ago, but now I am dong them to try if the face works for me. R'Ha has been losing her jaw slowly through the years. It might still come back, but at the moment quite content with this.
