I love all things pop culture from music to film to TV. Forever in school, constantly learning. On a journey to find what this thing called life is for me.

It so funny because they have essentially switched places. Tim is working on being emotionally available, and Lucy is closed off emotionally. Eventually, they will get on the same page. When they finally have the conversation, it will be filled with anger and love and worth the wait.

All of this to say of you are struggling in your workouts, take it slow, move with intention, drink your water, and be consistent. The body will respond, and you will feel stronger.❤️

The mind is powerful, with a focus on reporting every incident. It is now top of mind, so you think it is happening more often. As a result, you go down the path of what if and build up a concern that may not be warranted.

I haven't watched the news since the election. I hear about things happening in the world days later. It has been good for my mental and physical health. It took me a long time for me to understand the things I was seeing and hearing and the impact on my body.

💔 To anyone going through loss right now: You’re not alone. Sending you love, strength, and the hope that one day, the memories bring more smiles than tears. #Grief #LoveAndLoss #CherishEveryMoment #MemoriesMatter

Grief, as painful as it is, is a reflection of the depth of our love. If you’re grieving this season, allow yourself the space to feel it. Lean on the memories, and let them remind you that love, though it can bring sorrow, also brings the kind of joy worth every tear.

Create as many memories as you can. Say yes to the moments that matter. Be present for the laughs, the hugs, the quiet conversations, and even the tears. It’s these moments that stay with us long after the people we shared them with are gone.

It’s a reminder of how fragile life is and how precious the people we love truly are. If you take anything away from this, let it be this: don’t wait. Tell those you love how much they mean to you. Don’t assume they already know—make sure they feel it in your words, your actions, and your presence.

Suddenly, all we have left are memories and the haunting echoes of what could have been. This time of year, when the world seems to slow down and togetherness is celebrated, losing someone hits harder. The empty chair at the table feels heavier. The silence in a familiar voice’s absence is deafening

Let's be honest. Today's "journalists" are personalities. We need to go back to news being reported at 12 pm, 6 pm, and 11 pm. The 24-hour news cycle ruined journalism, networks need to fill the void so they pack it with opinions.

Yes, we need journalists that will report facts, ask the tough questions, push when they get wishy washy answers. Only report confirmed facts. Not their thoughts and opinions. Not speculation. Do the investigation and report. Today's journalists are all about clicks.

You've got this Nova! You've prepared, You've rehearsed. Now, you get to show these students what a great teacher you are! Good luck and have fun!

With the newer machines, there is quite a bit of space, and they are less claustrophobic. If you are able to ask for music, do it. Hopefully, the people doing your MRI are patient and make it a smooth experience for you.

The show is produced by a Canadian network and filmed in Nova Scotia. I didn't watch the first season when it came out, but then I watched one episode and was hooked. Binged the 1st season and watched the 2nd season when it aired. It is a great show.

Season 2 already aired in Canada. Hopefully, we get season 3 next summer.

What kind of blasphemy is that! No, absolutely not. People need to stop making up random days to celebrate. Keep it to yourself.

From people I follow on Twitter, who said they were moving over here. Twitter was way too much crap and noise. Especially when I started to see people who I blocked started popping up in my feed. I knew it was time to bounce.

More and stop responding in anger when a different experience is shared.

You can't dismiss people's experiences and tell them to accept what is being done. I believe that cities need to stop the one size fits all approach to governing and go back to understanding the needs of the area. Does my area need bike lanes? No, but another area might. People need to listen/4

It is almost 2.5 hours each way. There is this idea that bike lanes will fix all of that and that people need to get used to it. The whole point of my rant is that cities are complex, and there is not a one size fits all approach to fixing the financial woes of public transport. It doesn't mean/3

Constantly being shafted to ensure that another part of the city is taken care of. Over my years of commuting to work it started at 1hr and progressively got longer where my total daily commute was 3hrs. It was why I purchased my car, I valued my time. Now, that same commute almost 15 years later/2
